Who Knew that FOOD could Help you Lose Weight?

I still find it amazing that instead of cutting back on food and eating lettuce leaves to lose weight, you can ADD foods that burn fat! If only everyone knew this, wouldn't we be a skinnier society?

Here are just a few of the foods you can add to your diet to help you lose weight.

Apples (for the pectin, a super fat burner)
Any Fresh Fruit
Beans of any kind
Avocados
Nuts and sunflower seeds
Dairy Products such as yogurt, low fat milk and cheese
Cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper, olive and sesame seed oils to season and flavor foods
