Don't like to work out? Most people don't. They don't have time, can't afford to go to the gym, etc. There are some workout routines for weight loss that don't take long, and don't cost you a dime!
Let me tell you a little story about myself. Since I've never had anything really huge happen in my life, most of my stories are little ;)
About 1 1/2 years ago, I decided to start working out. I've never done this in my life. I began by doing easy pilates exercises for about 20 minutes, 5 days per week. After about 6 weeks, I began adding dumbell exercises. This is when the fat-burning REALLY took over!
My workout routine for weight loss then pretty much changed to a schedule of 20 minutes of pilates 3 days per week, 15 minutes of dumbell weight workouts (8 - 10 lb. weights) 2 days per week. With the dumbells, I did lunges, squats, and a few other easy moves.
Within 8 months of beginning this workout routine, I lost 14 pounds - and DID NOT CHANGE my eating habits or the foods I eat one bit. Amazing!

Weight Loss Workout Routine - Do you have one?
In any weight loss plan, a good workout routine is a must if you really want to lose weight fast and tone up your body.
This review of the AtoZ Fitness Total Body Makeover is to help inform you about the program and tell you a little about what it is and how it works.
One thing I have always emphasized in my writings is the fact that there is not one set "way" to train or to eat in order to get results. Everyone is different; therefore some degree of role modeling is crucial for success.
Lewis and Sarah picked up on this fact and took it to a wonderful level in "Total Body Makeover." You will receive multiple plans and approaches, each detailed down to specifics:
-- How to work out at home for optimal fat loss and muscle tone;
-- How to eat to keep the fat off for life;
-- How to approach your workouts with enthusiasm;
And much more.
Here are just a few of my favorite goodies...
-- Gary Matthews includes a gem: "In-home" strength training for beginners to advanced athletes. The pictures are nicely done and will show you exactly what to do in order to increase functional strength, muscle tone and definition.
-- Karen Sessions provides her 30-day "Body Transformation", covering mind, exercise, and nutrition steps to get the body you deserve.
-- In Chapter 6, Lynn Bode shows you how to make exercise and nutrition a "habit to enjoy." I love that! Can you imagine it? Learning how to replace those 'bad' habits of, say, snacking at night, with 'great' habits like moving your body and craving healthy food? It sure would make getting fit a lot easier, now wouldn't it?
-- My friend Kyle Battis chimes in with his "Fat-burning Workout" in Chapter Eight. Wow...get ready to INCINERATE that body fat! This workout is not for those of you who have no fat to burn!
Above all, my five-star, two-thumbs-up review of "Total Body Makeover" is not based on just the quality of the information, but upon how practical and friendly it is delivered. There are no complicated formulas or needless guilt-trips anywhere to be found. This is just the good stuff. Practical, functional, and extremely effective.
