Rapid Weight Loss - A Few Tips

Rapid weight loss is something anyone who's overweight really wants. Don't do it the dangerous way! Starving yourself only causes you metabolism to shut down, resulting in NO weight loss, and that's not what you want.

You can eat, be full and feel good about yourself and STILL achieve rapid weight loss. Your body has to have food in order for your metabolism to work. You can eat foods and snacks you love, but do it in moderation - don't do like I used to do and eat the whole container of ice cream. That was my biggest sin - ICE CREAM. I could eat it twice a day, but if I ate straight out of the container I would only be able to eat it once a day - because it would all be gone!

Eat smart, don't over do it, and add fruits and vegetable to what you already eat. Fresh fruits will help your body burn fat. Yogurt and low-fat dairy products will help you zap those inches off your waist!

Eat good foods, don't overdo the snacks, and add just a little exercise. You will be amazed how easy you can achieve rapid weight loss!
