Workout Routines for Women - Mix it Up!

There are many workout routines that work for women. From pilates and yoga to cardio, kickboxing and light weight training, there is some type of workout that will fit your needs and your schedule.

Most women don't have time to go to the gym or workout for an hour a day at home. It really isn't necessary, if you do the right kinds of exercise. By switching off exercise, for example doing pilates one day and weight training the next, you can help your body burn tons of calories and speed up your metabolism at the same time.

If you exercise just 20 minutes 4 days per week, you can drastically change the look of your body. You don't have to spend a lifetime in a gym to achieve significant results!

There are lots of workout routines taylored for women, but any exercise can be modified. For example, you can use weights to increase your metabolism. But you DON'T have to lift 100 lb weights, and you don't want to look like a sumu wrestler anyway. Simply use 8 to 10 lb dumbells when you do squats and lunges. This will make a HUGE difference in the way you look.

The Lower Body Workout will help you with those problem areas that women have - butt, thighs, hips, AND teach you how to get rid of cellulite -FINALLY!
